1Check your Spam, Junk, and Promotions folders. Search for "BuyGoods" or "BuyGoods" โ the confirmation email comes from them, not from us. Gmail's Promotions tab catches it frequently.

2Try a different email address. You may have used a different email at checkout. Check any other inboxes you have.

3Look up your order directly. Visit BuyGoods.com โ "Find My Order" โ enter your email address. You'll find your purchase and download link there within seconds.

I can't open or view the file

The file opens but it's blank or won't load properly
Your PDF reader may be outdated. Download the latest free version of Adobe Acrobat Reader โ it handles all our files perfectly. After installing, restart your computer and try opening the file again.
The download button isn't working
Try this: right-click the download button and select "Save Link Asโฆ" or "Save Target Asโฆ" โ then choose where to save it on your device. This works when a direct click doesn't.

I downloaded the file but can't find it on my computer
Check your Downloads folder โ that's where browsers save files by default. On a Mac, press Cmd+Option+L. On Windows, open File Explorer and click "Downloads" in the left panel. If you used "Save As", check wherever you saved it.
I'm getting an error message when I try to open it
The file may not have downloaded completely. Delete the file you have, then re-download from your access page. If you're still getting errors, email us the error message and we'll fix it immediately.

1Download a PDF reader app first. Search your App Store (iPhone/iPad) or Google Play (Android) for "Adobe Acrobat" โ it's free. Install it before downloading your file.

3When prompted, choose "Open in Adobe Acrobat" (or your PDF app). If you're not prompted, find the file in your Downloads folder and tap to open it, then select the PDF app.

4You're in. You can pinch to zoom, rotate your screen for a wider view, and scroll through everything. Start with the first few pages โ they're designed to be clear and easy to follow.
Tip: A larger screen makes reading easier, but everything works fine on mobile. If you find the text small, pinch to zoom in โ or for the best experience, open it on a laptop or tablet.

That's us โ your purchase appears as BuyGoods* on your credit card or bank statement. This is completely normal. BuyGoods is the payment processor for Energy Revolution System.

Am I signed up for a subscription or recurring charges?
No. This is a one-time payment of $39.00. There are no subscriptions, no recurring charges, and no hidden fees. You will not be billed again.
I see multiple charges on my statement
If you purchased any additional products or upgrades during checkout, each appears as a separate transaction โ all labeled BuyGoods*. If you see any charge you don't recognize or didn't authorize, email us immediately and we'll sort it out.
How do I access my full order details?
