Attention! If your email server has a spam filter, you might only receive a notification that an email has been dropped to the spam folder without sending the actual mail to you.

It seems that some browsers (Safari on mac) save the files with the extension .txt this is due to the fact that the browser has encountered an unknown file extension.

Solution:

Just remove the .txt from the end of the file name and the file will now play/open correctly.

If you do have a media player installed you are probably missing the codec. You have to install a codec package.

All the products you have bought are on your product page. Check your email for the link. You may scroll down to the product you want to download / view.

If you are having problems accessing the file like this, right-click the download button and then "Save Link As ..." on your context menu and choose a location where you want the file to be stored on your computer.

Accessing the books is simple, but you need to make sure you have a PDF Reader installed on your device. If you don't have a PDF software installed you can download it for free by clicking here.

If you don't have a PDF reader installed, you may want to search your device's app store for a "PDF Reader" or contact your service provider for further assistance.

Printing

For best results, we recommend you download the books to your computer prior to printing.

Check to make sure your printer is on, connected to your computer and Adobe Reader, and has enough paper and ink to print. This fixes the problem for most people.

If that doesn’t work, you can try upgrading your Adobe Reader to the newest version. Make sure to restart your computer after download the newest version of Adobe Reader.

If you are still having problems, you can consult your printer manual for troubleshooting issues, or find someone locally to troubleshoot your printer.

How do I get a refund?

We are very sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your purchase. If you would like a refund all you have to do is simply send us a short email HERE and ask for a full refund. You'll get your money back. That's a firm promise and commitment.

Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the refund to be posted to your account.

How do I make multiple refunds?

Why haven't I received my refund yet?

We process all refund requests within 48 hours. It takes an additional 3-5 days for the credit card company to reverse the charges.

It is likely that this refund has not yet appeared on your credit card statement and will not until your next statement is available. I would suggest contacting your credit card company to confirm the refund was processed and that it has just not yet appeared on your statement.

How do I refund an order older than 60 days?

We are very sorry to hear that the product did not meet your expectations. Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds outside of our 60 day money back guarantee period.
